We are recruiting for a Junior Architectural Technologist to join one of the leading architectural practices based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.  
This RIBA Architectural practice is known for its brave and unique designs and work all over the UK, designing and delivering on projects.
 
They have grown to 50+ staff, achieving substantial success over the last year and have recently purchased brand new office space to support their growth.

This practice works within a variety of sectors and you will never be fixed to just one sector. Instead, you can find yourself working on Commercial, Residential, Logistics and Retail projects. 
 
The role will see you working closely with senior staff within the practice, on live projects working on a wide variety of RIBA stages.
 
As the Junior Architectural Technologist, you will be supported and mentored on completing your MCIAT if this is the route you are looking to undertake. The practise has a family feel to it with people being the heart of everything they do. 
 
The practice has some core beliefs which includes working with BIM and the latest industry technologies whilst making all projects as sustainable as possible. The practise has a family feel to it with people being the heart of everything they do.
 
To Be Considered:  Graduate Architectural Technologist

Able to use Revit is essential.
A driver’s license and live within an hour of Harrogate
Can produce working drawings, 3d Models, draw up plans, elevations
Identify problems and work to deadlines under pressure.
Experienced at tender packs and landlord packs would be very advantageous The salary for this position ranges from £17,000-£25,000 depending on previous experience along with a generous benefits package including private healthcare, bonuses, life insurance, Revit/bim training and more!
