Purpose of the role:

· Management and progression of the client's Email and CRM strategy, during their exceptional period of growth.

Role Requirements

· Extensive experience of Email Marketing skills

· Full of new ideas

· Pasion for understanding and managing the customer relationships, in the digital space.

· Worked with advanced email platform-tools

· Have knowledge of data to help drive the strategy forward

· Strong analytical skills

· Strong planning and organisational skills

· Good communication & interpersonal skills

· Great attention to detail and accuracy

· A passion for marketing and digital channels

· Team player with a positive attitude who is prepared to roll their sleeves up and lead by example

Main Duties

· Support of final stages of delivery of the service via advanced email and CRM platform

· Utilising offline and online data to understand our customer

· Ongoing usage of data to build a robust digital communication strategy

· Work along with clients' eCommerce team in delivering seasonal, campaign, and promotional messages to our consumers

· Work in line with the brand central marketing calendar

· Develop engaging and timely marketing emails

· Creation of various briefings, coordinating builds, testing, and scheduling

· Use customer segmentation system

· Planning workflows and ensuring targeting the right customer at the right time, with the right information

· Testing new plans for all marketing emails

· Share new improvements with the wider team so they can be utilised across other online and offline sectors

· Work closely with the Marketing Planning & Insights Manager

· Share knowledge and insights to help strengthen our communication strategy

· Work closely with the Buying and Merchandising team

· Ensure appropriate product focus as a reaction to promotional and seasonal trends

· Carry out regular email reporting and sharing data with the wider business

· Reviewing of the performance of email campaigns

· Transforming findings into ongoing activity and new strategies

· Work closely with 3rd party agencies such as Bloomreach (Exponea) and Mention Me to ensure we are maximising the potential of used platforms

· Plan and deliver a cohesive CRM approach to enhance customer engagement

· Build long term relationships and loyalty

· Drive repurchase and communicate widely about the brand

· Provide branded email assets for our wholesale partners and the wider business

Key Skills

· Minimum of 3+ years experience managing email and CRM programs

· Retail background – desirable

· Experience of Exponea by Bloomreach, or similar Customer Data & Experience Platforms (CDXP)

· Ability to adapt to new technology

· Confidence in working with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver results

· Strong numerical and analytical skills

· Able to fully utilise the relevant IT support systems

· Conversant with standard business desktop applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint

· Good understanding of GDPR

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate
