Location: Stockport
Salary: £25K-£30K
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5.30pm / Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm
My client are an award winning Large Format print company based in South Manchester who are looking to bring an experienced Large Format Estimator into their team.
The Role will involve working alongside our client services and sales teams preparing quotations and tenders using Tharstern. Other duties include processing incoming work, liaising with the production manager, handling any queries with the client, monitoring the work and reporting back any issues arising.
Responsibilities / Requirements
Previous estimating / customer services experience essential.
Large format experience is essential.
Produce estimates within agreed timescales.
Liaise with other departments.
Experience dealing with Clients and Suppliers.
Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved throughout.
Manage client communications in most effective manner.
Ensure jobs are processed and managed in line with procedures and meeting client’s requirements.
Ensure all jobs are managed within the agreed timescales.
