Are you?
* Architectural or Technologist Degree, Design Engineer, or other industry-relevant qualifications
* Experienced in project delivery through all RIBA Stages
* Able to deliver output to deadlines and plan output time
* Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks
* A team player with a flexible and open approach to problem-solving
* Able to fact find information to complete technical information
Do you?
* Have 5-10 years professional experience
* Have Manufacturing and DFMEA experience – preferred
* Have experience of working in London on large housing projects
* Have experience working on modular housing projects – preferred
* Have Project Leader experience, have managed a minimum of 2 people
* Have Technical Detailing Experience in Revit and able to demonstrate in your portfolio
* Have a good understanding of Building regulations and design standards
The role
Primarily responsible for the modelling and information production in the various software. Works alongside Design Project Leaders to deliver project deliverables on time within programmed dates.
