The Role – Senior Designer
Working alongside a small, yet ambitious team of creatives you will help to drive the marketing strategy, create engaging imagery, and be heavily involved in their packaging design.
Day to day, you could be…
Overseeing design projects from start to finish across various collateral including, digital, video, press and in store marketing.
Be the go-to person for all illustrations and colour advice.
Working closely with the Packaging Manager on all technical aspects including sustainability.
Managing a Junior Designer who will be your direct report.

You will need…
To be successful you will need to be confident in Adobe and Photoshop packages, be coming from a consumer brand, have a background in packaging design and line management experience as well as being creative, passionate with a willingness to lead and mentor a direct report.

This role does offer some flexible working and due to the location of their Amersham office, this role would be commutable from Aylesbury, Beaconsfield, Bletchley, Cheddington, Chesham, Denham, Gerrards Cross, Great Missenden, High Wycombe, Iver, St Albans and Watford.
