Grafton UK is recruiting for a Brand Associate for a luxury goods distributor with a strong international presence. The Client is a leading luxury British brand.
This company is a global business operating its own boutiques and a wholesale network across the world with its own manufacturing centre based in the UK. As they grow the business, they look to invest in the right talent to enable the company to achieve their goals.
BRAND ASSOCIATE PROFILE:
The Brand Ambassador plays a critical role in communicating the company ethos, heritage and product information across their Wholesale partners, Trunk shows and Pop-Up opportunities to maximise customer engagement and drive sales within stores and at events.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AS A BRAND ASSOCIATE:
To drive brand awareness and product knowledge of clients across UK retail channels,
Deliver product knowledge and customer service training to curate the company experience within our retail partner's stores.
Host Company Trunk shows across the UK in line with Account Managers.
Travel to partners across the UK engaging with retail teams to motivate and inspire how they see and interact with the Brand.
Work alongside retail teams to drive sell-through of Clients products in store.
Maintaining a strong connection to the Sales & Retail Marketing functions within the business to drive the strategy and vision.
Support priority doors that require further training & team development.
Develop strong and efficient relationships with wholesale partners at all levels – owners, general managers, store managers, retail staff to drive sell out in all doors.
Frequent visits to points of sales to keep the company at the forefront of the team's mind, providing sale support and service training & development to the teams.
Record visit notes, stock information and replenishment opportunities on our internal systems.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE AS A BRAND ASSOCIATE:
Experience in: Luxury goods, retail, service or hospitality background preferred,
Delivering training or coaching,
Visual Merchandising would be an advantage although not essential as full training will be given
Competencies and personal attributes: Hold confidence and energy when in front of teams and individuals,
Commercial awareness and results-driven,
Self-motivated and able to effectively prioritise and plan workload in accordance with strict deadlines.
Careful attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
Able to communicate well, both orally and in writing, adapting to a wide range of people.
A hardworking and reliable attitude, able to work autonomously but collaboratively.
Able to remain calm and focussed under pressure.
Strong IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint., excellent presentation and communication skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
Willing to travel and able to stay away for set periods, this role will include weekends and may include evenings outside of store opening hours. Must hold a current valid driving licence.
