Junior Architectural Technician (1-3 years experience)

Salary : £22000 – £25000/annum
Conrad Consulting are working with a leading, AJ100 Architectural practice to secure the placement of a career-driven, Junior Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician. This person should have strong construction/technical knowledge and ambition to join a busy Architectural team on a selection of interesting, medium & large-scale projects.
These projects will likely include projects within the Retail, Leisure and commercial workplace sectors. Our client requires a confident individual that is familiar working in a fast-paced environment. Strong construction and technical knowledge is essential alongside a keen eye for detail.
To be considered for this vacancy we would hope applicants meet the following criteria:
– Relevant Architectural Qualification (Degree, HNC, HND or equivalent).
– Knowledge of current UK building regulations.
– 1 years' minimum practice experience (UK Based preferred).
– Strong work ethic.
– Experience producing detailed working drawing packages at a quick turnaround.
– AutoCAD proficiency is expected. REVIT would also be a benefit.
– Able to work closely with a team.

Salary: £22k-£25k circa
