Our Lutterworth based client are looking for a full time Mid weight brand or graphic designer with real a flair for creative concept generation, supported by meticulous development.
The successful candidate will join the 2D team and will have 4-5 years experience in brand or graphic design and can demonstrate a passion for great visual content and brand storytelling.
Taking briefs from the senior creative and client service teams, and applying design thinking to bring campaigns to life with brilliant and relevant creative solutions.
RESPONSIBILITES
* Combine strong creative, sense of composition and technical skills to format images and artwork
* Confidently presenting ideas to colleagues or clients
* Prepare files for release to suppliers and partners as needed, ensures all final art meets project specifications for digital & print
* Competent in brand communication, typography and graphic principles. Able to bridge the gap between 2D campaigns and assets in 3D environments
KEY SKILLS
* 4-5 years experience in a related industry
* Highly skilled in Adobe CC across digital & print
* Working independently and managing your time to meet deadlines
* Understanding design concepts while meeting commercial deadlines
* High attention to detail
* Strong presentations skills
* Keen eye for detail and a passion for design supported by a portfolio
* Used to working in a busy fast paced environment and able to adapt and change easily
