Junior Designer
Manpower are looking for an Junior Designer to work for our client based in Wetherby. This role is suited to someone looking to start their career in architecture or design. You do not need any specific experience, experience in design would be helpful but anyone creative with a can-do attitude would be suitable. There is lots of career progression.
The purpose of the role to produce drawings in line with the companies KPI's for accuracy and efficiency using fusion 20/20 that meet the customers pre-determined specification and layouts. Working directly with their customers as well as the sales, marketing and installation departments to ensure customer expectations are met with regards to quality kitchen design.
What We Need From You…
Possess great organisational and communication skills
Experience within a similar role is preferable
Having a creative background or interest in the creative world would be beneficial
Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload
Analytic and posses good attention to detail
Ability to own relationships with all arms of the business, good communication skills are essential
Ability to persuade and influence customers
