Graphic Designer – Property Developer – London

Blayze Group are excited to be working with one of the UK's leading property developers to assist them in their search to find a Graphic Designer to join their marketing team. We are looking for someone with up-to-date knowledge of the industry and its trends, a strong eye for detail and creative flair.
The Graphic Designer will be working very closely with the marketing manager on a variety of tasks, such as adverts, brochures, presentation packs and many more. You will be at the forefront of the company's marketing campaigns both internally and externally and work very liaise with all areas of the business.
Responsibilities:
Working closely with the marketing team to discuss the business objectives and requirements across all live schemes.
Thinking creatively and innovatively to produce new ideas and design variety of different marketing materials
Presenting finalised ideas and concepts to team members in a timely fashion.
Working with a range of media, including computer-aided design (CAD), Photoshop, InDesign and keeping up to date with emerging technologies
Ensuring that all work delivered is accurate and to the highest standard to meet company targets and values.
Working as part of a team with both the internal marketing team and external printers, photographers, stylists, illustrators and marketing specialists
