If you are an experienced Project Architect with the ability to autonomously take a high-end residential project through all RIBA stages to completion then this could very well be the perfect role for you!
This mid-sized Architectural practice has been successfully providing expertise in the high-end residential sector for decades – forging an outstanding reputation along the way. With project enquiries still coming through at an enviable rate their expertise are in high demand and the future of the company continues to look bright. As such, there is a requirement to add to their talented team in order to capitalise on this continued demand.
The role requires a RIBA Chartered Architect with a minimum of 5 years post qualification UK experience, ideally within the residential sector on high-end schemes. You will need to be highly organised in order to deal with swift nature of the work and be an effective communicator in order to maintain cohesion with colleagues and clients alike.
It is essential that any Project Architect that is looking to apply can clearly demonstrate an aptitude to run projects from initial conceptual design right through to site and completion.
Project Architect Requirements
RIBA Chartered Architect
Minimum 5 year post qualification experience
Demonstrable project-running experience on multiple high-end residential schemes
Outstanding technical drawing ability
Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp & Photoshop
Extensive knowledge of UK Building Regulations
Experience managing junior members of staff
Confidence in a client-facing role
