An exciting position has become available for a full-time Sales Manager based in Redditch. You will also be able to work from home on agreed days.
The successful candidate will earn £45,000 with an OTE £75,000.
Role Requirements
Must have proven track record in sales.
Specialising in Show Homes, Private Clients and Marketing Suites.
Ability to communicate, inspire and motivate.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Excellent mentoring, coaching and good people management skills.
Excellent time management skills to maximise their ability to reach goals.
Role Responsibilities
Generate new business, from the house building industry.
Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand a company’s customer base and solidify its presence.
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully introducing new clients to the business.
Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations by partnering with them.
