SCOPE OF POSITION

Due to rapid expansion of our branded fashion businesses, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a bright, all-round creative graphic designer to join our busy in-house marketing team.

Working closely with the whole marketing team and other internal departments, you will be responsible for defining the branding and ensuring the image and values are translated into all design work. We are looking for someone who wants to focus on producing high impact creative designs that will elevate our content across all channels and engage our customers and consumers and help us stand out from the competition within every channel we operate within. This position is to be based at our Camden London office and will report directly into the Head of Content & Brand Director.

This position will be well suited to a self-starter who loves brands, holds themselves and their work to a high standard and someone that is passionate about the detail and delivering consistency. It’s a challenging multidiscipline role with a high deliverable in quantity and quality of work that would suit a proactive team player that can deliver great work whilst working under the pressure of sometimes multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

The successful applicant must have a strong background in graphic design across online and offline with strong communication skills to manage multiple projects and brands. This role will also include some travel to our London offices.

Under the direction of the group brand director, the graphic designer will be responsible for the creation of all online creative artwork, graphic assets, branding and campaign generation for the business as a whole including supporting the marketing team with retail projects and group projects and proactively seeking to continuously improve the creative output within the business.

DUTIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Along with marketing, define and develop the online & offline marketing creative concepts

* Artwork brand websites content and creative.

* Conceptualise brand collateral and materials for social and own brand websites

* Support social intern with digital social content design & ideas

* Design and manage print related tasks for GTM of our wholesale business

* Design/ produce print related material for wholesale partners

* Produce company related stationery and branding

* Curtate and maintain brand consistency within the business

* Design advertising artworks, banners and retargeting ads for wholesale and multibrand environments including

* Design brand presenters, look books, brand guidelines both digital and print campaign art direction and content creation

* GTM concept to delivery. Prepare digital asset packages for all seasonal launches

* Great repro and digital knowledge

* Must have great working knowledge of Adobe package: InDesign, Photoshop and illustrator.

* Mentor junior members of team

THE INDIVIDUAL

* The role requires a self-motivated team player with a flexible approach

* A minimum of 4-5 years’ experience within a graphic design field at established Designer level

* Excellent personal management skills

* Self-motivated with ability to work independently, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines

* Ability to communicate and interact with internal and external business partners across UK, Europe and the Rest of the World

* Innovative thinker with good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

* Soothsayer – have a keen eye for future trend and content needs of the business.

OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact across Email, voice and video calls.

* Ability to switch between brand DNA’s and ‘wear’ multiple hats

* Strong experience working in fashion preferable
