Digital Account Manager – Part Remote / Hybrid – City of London

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum.

We are excited to be working with a massive player in the Digital and Creative Media space. They specialise in market research, insights, content creation and digital distribution with well-known clients including Mattel, Hasbro, Universal, LEGO, Warner Bros and many others.

They are now on the lookout 2 Account Managers to join their Client Services team. Reporting into the Account Director, as Account Manager your primary responsibility is to develop client relationships that promote retention and loyalty across all services of the agency.

What You'll Do:

(Client Relationships)

Represent the Agency in a professional manner at all times, with clients and external partners.
Articulate the different brand positions for your client's key competitors.
Constantly consider the small details of each client interaction, to ensure the agency are always striving for a better working environment.
Practice proactive Client Services, this includes, planning ahead, knowing your timings inside out, knowing the team's movements and planning around these commitments to ensure smooth project delivery.
Develop strong relationships with all client contacts, leading to repeat business in the long-term.
Have excellent attention to detail. Making it your mission to know the clients brand guidelines inside and out, ensuring all presentations are delivered to the correct standard.
Support new business pitch teams with a can-do and proactive attitude.(Commercial Acumen)

Understand the day-to-day finances on all your accounts and be responsible for keeping project finance trackers & timesheets up to date.
Responsible for the chasing, input and delivery of the revenue backlog on a Monday morning.
Deliver all tasks on the deadline OR flag where this is not possible to line managers in advance.
Begin to demonstrate an understanding of the client and the company's commercial landscape.
Demonstrate a strong sense of commercial responsibility – understanding the importance of POs and billing.
Learn to treat client and agency money as if your own.
Support pitch teams with financial administration – helping to track and protect costs.(Effective Communicator)

Ensure all your communications/interactions are clear, concise and action orientated.
Have outstanding organisational skills, meaning you are always on the front foot with key information to hand.
Demonstrate clear communication and listening skills.
Ensure all meetings run smoothly, preparing the environment & materials, setting agendas, confirming attendees and roles in advance.
Manage your workload effectively and efficiently.
Develop relationships internally with key point people in all departments and within your team.
Have a can-do attitude, which makes people want to come to you as they know you approach all tasks with a positive attitude.
Be curious and constantly seeking to learn.What You'll Have:

1 – 3 years account management or client facing project management experience.
Excellent client relationship skills whilst also managing to keep projects on time and in budget.
Expert knowledge of customer service practices in digital media, data and insights.
Strong entrepreneurial spirit, organized and able to function independently as well as with internal teams.
Proven ability to prioritize and delegate multiple tasks, projects and ever-changing priorities to meet goals and deadlines.
German Speaking. (Beneficial)
Existing relationships with clients across EMEA. (Beneficial)
Knowledge of media industry is preferable. (Beneficial)
