The overall purpose of the role is to achieve substantial profitable sales growth within the local Kitchen and Bathrooms market by building strong relationships with customers, in order to develop sales and maximise branch profitability.
Skills and experience we require from you:
Previous operational experience gained in a Kitchen, Bathrooms, Joinery or Tiling role is preferred
CAD ( or similar) Design skills are essential along with the ability to interpret a customer's brief and deliver as required
Must have a strong customer and sales focused attitude
Ability to 'make things happen' without direct authority is essential, as is the ability to solve problems
Will have excellent communication and relationship building skills
Must have excellent organisation and time management skills
Will be competitive and results driven, with the ability to identify an opportunity and act upon it
The ability to work on own initiative, as well as being a team player, is essential
Excellent numerical skills with the ability to interpret data
A good level of computer literacy is essential.Permanent Role Package / Benefits

Dependent Upon Experience
Minimum of at least 2 years-experience working in similar role
5 Hours Per Week (Mon – Fri) Alternated Saturdays (Apply online only)
25 Days holidays (includes Public Holidays)
Bonus Scheme (up to 10% per month)
Pension – 4% contribution (Increasing with Service)
Life Assurance – 2 x salary / 4 x salary in pension scheme
