We have a number of positions for Creative Artwork and Graphics Apprentices to join our team at Albion Mills, Greengates, Bradford.
As one of our apprentices, providing a world class customer experience will be at the core of everything you do.

Your purpose

You will deliver on brand products consistently across multiple packaging formats. You will work to the five-point plan framework while focusing on our Best Practices and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure the highest quality standards are met. Over a four-year term, you will receive regular training and mentoring to learn the skills needed to be the future seniors of the business.

Your deliverables

With support from the team, work to improve the quality of all inputs available to the production team to promote Brand Quality Assurance.

Display a deep understanding of client guidelines and requirements set out in the brief to ensure all outputs are ‘on brand’

Maintain and update brand specific points of reference and shared asset stores to improve brand knowledge and resource

Communicate production requirements and daily activity with the Realisation and Activation teams to ensure all teams have full visibility of requirements and timelines

Communicate break downs in procedure to the Realisation Shift Leader and Activation team to help identify problems early

Ensure all college assignments are produced to a high standard and handed in on time
