Salary : £30000 – £47000/annum

Due to rapid growth, my client is recruiting a Digital Marketing Manager/Paid Media Manager to join their dynamic sporting, retail company in Manchester. You will be a team player with 3+ years of e-commerce/paid media experience. Offering a salary up to £45k plus fantastic benefits detailed below. 

THE ROLE:

An exciting part of the role is the requirement to create, develop and implement effective paid search strategies across existing channels such as Google Ads, Display and Facebook, as well as testing and expanding their paid media portfolio. You will be commercially focussed with a proven track record in ensuring that budget is invested and optimised to deliver growth and return against key business targets.

–        Continually optimise the paid media mix to achieve increases in growth metrics and efficiencies in budget management.

–        Define and maintain a biddable media audience strategy, providing ongoing strategic recommendations for optimisation to improve ROAS.

–        Define, create and implement a testing and experimentation strategy to ascertain the best biddable media capabilities to create success against targets.

–        Create and implement QA processes to ensure all elements of biddable media are accurate in content, creative, targeting and destinations.

–        Create strategies for Display and RLSA activities, with an objective to optimise traffic conversions.

–        Stay up to date on Paid Media platform updates, trends, and best-in-class Paid Media campaigns.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Existing knowledge of PPC and social media advertising – Essential

• Good working knowledge of performance reporting – Essential 

• Data driven, with the ability to understand, analyse and evaluate data to make commercially beneficial decisions

• Able to manage a paid media budget and forecast ROAS & ROI 

• Facebook and Google Ads, fluent in Google Ads and Analytics 

• Able to work with minimum supervision

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:

• Experience of other PPC platforms e.g. Bing Ads, Apple Ads, Taboola, Programmatic

• Experience of other Social platform advertising e.g. YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest 

• Knowledge of attribution modelling 

• Experience of audio advertising e.g. Spotify Ads

• Experience of landing page creation and CRO

• Experience of MarTech and automation platforms e.g. Search Ads 360, AppsFlyer

• Experience of tracking implementation e.g. Facebook pixels, GA events / goals, GTM

• Experience in membership or affiliate marketing
