Chartered Architectural Technologist

We are recruiting Architectural Technologists of all levels to join an award-winning RIBA practice based in their central Leeds office.
Within the Leeds office, there is 22 staff, and they work on a wide range of projects including student residential, mixed-use, education, hotels, and new builds in the city.
This AJ 100 practice employs over 150 staff, and they have multiple offices across the UK. As a practice, they have won many different regional and national architectural awards recently.
The business has been on an ambitious growth plan over the last few years, growing its architectural presence and offices in different regions across the UK.
This is to continue moving forward as a business, as they show no downturn in work from the current economic climate.
The Role: Architectural Technologist
Working within the Leeds office architecture team
Generate planning, tender, and construction packages in Revit
Produce presentation renders, sketches, visuals with AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop & Lumion
Preparing drawings, specifications, schedules, and designs
Working across different teams within the practice and virtually/in-person attend meetings with clients The salary for this position ranges from £20,000-£40,000 depending on your previous experience and ability, along with a lovely benefits package.
