Salary : £21000 – £23500/annum

Summary:
HR Administrator – Fixed Term Contract – Up to £23,500
Hybrid working

The role itself

Proving end to end recruitment administration support
Co-ordinate, update and maintain job descriptions
Work continuously
Administer the starter and leaver process
Induction preparation and onboarding process
Producing HR reports for managers
Preparing for offboarding ensuring all paper work is accurate
Producing offer letters, contracts and correspondence
Update of policies as required   
  
The Candidate

Previous experience in a HR administration position
CIPD or working toward
A strong communicator with excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
High level of integrity, ability to articulate solutions and have strong attention to detail
Can work autonomously and with little supervision
Ability to meet deadlines and manage your own time effectively
Focussed and dedicated with discretion and diplomacy
Excellent communication skills with an ability to develop good working relationships
The ability to complete routine tasks accurately and with meticulous attention to detail.
