A market leading fashion retailer that leads has an exciting opportunity for a Product Development & Sourcing Manager with strong multi-product menswear and womenswear apparel experience to join its creative head office team in Greater Manchester.
As a Product Development & Sourcing Manager you will be responsible for the development and category management of all ranges, sourcing, costings, price negotiations, supplier strategy, fabric buying, and marketing. Working closely with the design and buying team, along with external suppliers, mills and factories, presenting to the board, and will be a key part of the senior management team.
The ideal person must have previous sourcing management, product development, category management and/ or buying experience working at an established level for a fashion retailer, lifestyle, premium brand. Possessing exceptional experience managing the full product life cycle, conducting presentations, working with multiple internal departments, overseas factories and external suppliers. You must be an excellent communicator (written & verbal), have advanced technical fabric knowledge, and be I.T proficient.
