We are currently recruiting for an Architect to join a RIBA practice based in central Liverpool.
This award-winning practice has been established for 30 years and due to new projects coming into the practice, they now require an experienced Architect to join their team based in Liverpool.
For the right Architect, you will be managing projects across all RIBA Stages, coordinating design decisions, working closely with local planning authorities but also using Revit as your main software.
You will be designing through all RIBA stages, conceptual to technical design, delivering feasibility, planning, tender, construction drawings and documentation.
As a practice, they work on a wide variety of projects mainly within the Liverpool area but also in nearby regions too. There are six staff in the office and they are looking to expand the team this year by taking on several new staff.

Bespoke housing and housing developments
Conservation
Commercial and community
Education The salary for this position ranges from £32,000 to £38,000 depending on previous experience.

Opportunity to work on larger scale projects with more responsibilities
coordinating design decisions with engineers, contractors, and consultants.
Communicate and work closely with local planning authorities and clients securing liaisons for future collaborations.
