Conrad Consulting in partnership with a young and vibrant architectural practice based on the outskirts of Nottingham city centre, are seeking a talented and ambitious Project Architect to join their multiple award winning team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Architect with approximately 2-5 years of post qualification experience, to join a small architectural practice in Nottingham that are quickly developing a stellar reputation for producing high quality architectural services in the Residential, Education and Commercial sectors.
The practice have grown substantially in recent times, transforming from a small Architectural practice, into a bustling multi-disciplinary with Architects, Project Managers, Interior Designers, BIM Managers, Surveyors and a Construction team making up the office.
As a Project Architect you will be tasked with running your own projects and in time, be leading a small team of Architectural Assistants. This is an ideal opportunity for a Project Architect that has ambitions of progressing through to Senior, Associate and eventually Director level. You will be working on a range of high profile commissions in varied sectors, with projects valuing from £150k up to £10mill.
AutoCAD & Revit are used throughout the office, so prior experience utilising these packages would be highly advantageous.
Skills and characteristics that will be advantageous for this position include the following:
– 2-5 years of post qualification experience
– ARB registration / RIBA Chartership
– Demonstrable experience of working on a range of Residential projects of varying size and value
– Sound Building Regs knowledge and experience of preparing and submitting planning applications
In return, you will be offered a salary in the region of £35,000 – £40,000 per annum, alongside a discretionary bonus scheme based on targeted workload.
