Conrad are pleased to be working with a Design Studio based in the heart of Birmingham city centre, that require a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their highly motivated Architectural Team.

With several successful studios across the UK, this practice are within the top 30 of the AJ100 ranking. Their committed Architectural Team offer an integrated design service, creating inspiring buildings. They deliver bespoke solutions within the Education, Healthcare, Residential and Commercial sectors, and have long standing client relationships, and very low staff turnover.

The successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant will be working predominantly on Commercial projects, however experience working in this area is not necessarily essential.

Requirements of the Part 2 Architectural Assistant include:

RIBA Part 2 Qualified (UK recognised qualifications)
Approximately 1-2 years of post Part 2 experience (desirable)
Knowledge of both AutoCAD and REVIT
Strong conceptual design and presentation skills
Ability and confidence to work autonomously, and as part of an enthusiastic design team.
Excellent organisation & technical ability
Keen interest in the technical aspects of the preparation of specification writing, detailed design and construction drawings

Salary offered is between £24,000 – £28,000 dependant on current experience level, alongside a competitive benefits package.
