Senior Architect

Salary : £35000 – £45000/annum £35,000-£45,000
I am currently recruiting for a Senior Architect to join an AJ100 practice that is in central Leeds.
This award-winning practice has around 80 members of staff across their three offices in the UK, all of which are in the North of the UK.
Having been designing in the Architectural industry for over 35 years, they obtain an extensive portfolio. Projects-wise, this Architectural practice’s key areas are within the residential and healthcare sectors but work within a plethora of other sectors like commercial and education.
They work on a wide range of projects within their residential projects, including private-housing developments, affordable & supported accommodation, and high-rise apartments.
Within the healthcare sector, they design complex acute and mental healthcare as well as primary care and community hub facilities.
Salary & Company Benefits:
£35K-£45K (DOE)
29 days holiday + 8 bank & public hols (37 days in total, with 4 taken over Christmas break)

First point of contact for projects
Managing projects from inception through to completion
Liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors
Site visits
Design proposals and planning applications through technical specifications
Produce accurate technical information
