A busy multi-disciplined design agency is looking to recruit an Account Manager to work on multiple accounts to deliver planning and design activities. Oversea the Lead Planner/Designers to ensure their teams are meeting the clients brief within the timescales set and to the required standard. Duties

Communicating with clients and build rapports
Understand the overall client brief and company deliverables and drive the high-level decisions.
Hold the Lead Designers/Planners accountable for the quality, accuracy and delivery of all plans.
Produce accurate costs for surveys, design, planning and project work.
Communicate client's standards and formats to my team.
Analyse use of resources and time to guide staff and support them to make the right decisions which will drive better efficiencies.
Support, coach and train my colleagues in line with the succession plan to create high performing teams,
Come up with innovative new ideas which help drive efficiencies for my client's, team and to the wider business.
Control project budgets and be responsible for all invoicing and profitability, predict turnover and recommend cost savings.
Drive sales and help to bring in additional work. I attend new and existing client meetings and sell our services to help secure additional work.Skills & Experience

Excellent management skills with practical experience and/or a relevant qualification.
AutoCAD experience is required, Revit would be preferable however not essential.
Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite skills are required.
Good Numeracy, literacy and IT are essential
Must have a full UK Driving License.Benefits

Hours 8.30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday with ½ hour lunch.
20 days holiday plus bank holidays increasing to 25 days with service
