Senior Architect
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £38000 – £42000/annum
Conrad Consulting in partnership with a leading, Architectural & Multi-discipline practice are looking to recruit an experienced, Senior Architect to join a busy studio at an exciting time.
You will be joining a highly professional, ambitious and dynamic team of Architectural and Interior Design professionals to work on numerous high-profile schemes. You will be able to take a creative lead within the studio and demonstrate a high level of leadership and guidance yo younger and lesser-experienced members of the design team. It is expected that you will have good communication & management skills alongside the ability to take projects through from inception and client brief to completion.
This company work primarily on projects that fall within the 'Commercial' sector. This can range from workplace design through to Education, Health, Leisure and Hotel projects. A good, well-rounded knowledge of various design sectors is preferred for this particular role as each day may bring about new challenges.
We are looking for candidates to meet the following criteria:
ARB/RIBA Qualification.
Minimum 5 years post-qualification.
AutoCAD experience essential.
Commercial sector background.
Ability to perform at a Senior level and manage time & workload effectively.
