Our client a global leader are looking for customer account executives to provide an exceptional service to key account clients. The customer account executives work in a team and will process high volumes of work so accuracy and an eye for detail is paramount. The customer account executive role is a good opportunity for someone who has some customer service experience to move into a more account focussed position where you will be responsible for big brands.
The role
You will ensure effective communication through all channels necessary to fulfil the demands of the role
Preparation of quotes and invoicing
Schedule production processes
Daily communication with the key clients
Update tracking information
Support management with projects The Candidate we are looking for:
Extensive experience in a customer service role
Ability to engage with customers on telephone and email
Accuracy when processing high volumes of work
Previous experience of managing accounts would be advantageous
Professional approach with organisation skills and an eye for detail This is a permanent role – 35 hour working week with the following benefits
