BIM Coordinator
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £32000 – £45000/annum Dependent Upon Experience
Dawson Levy are delighted to be working on behalf of an amazing Architectural practice in their current search for a skilled BIM Coordinator to join them in London. They are a very highly regarded, award winning Architectural practice with projects including master planning, Commercial and Education. An experienced BIM Coordinator would get the chance to develop their career within BIM and this opportunity will have a competitive salary and benefits package.
To qualify for this position, you will be required to have 2 years' proven experience in a BIM Coordinator role and must be an advanced user of ArchiCAD. You must have experience working to BIM Level 2 and Revit experience would be beneficial but not essential. You must be a strong communicator both written and verbally.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in the UK as a BIM Coordinator
Fully proficient user of ArchiCAD
Experience with Revit would be beneficial (not essential)
Knowledge of and experience working to BIM Level 2 / ISO19650
Proven experience in large scale Healthcare, Education or Residential projects would be beneficial
Strong Communication ability is essential (written and verbal)
