Motion Graphic Designer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary :
You will take our design to the next level, building a brand that works globally to position GBS as a quality provider of higher education and to attract and engage our target audiences.
Responsibilities:
* Know how to use design to tell a visual story that our learners will love.
* Design and implementation of our new corporate brand guidelines and support materials.
* Lead and collaborate with other Graphic Designers across the GBS group. as well as our in-house photographer/videographers to produce seamless brand experiences
* Be instrumental in helping develop our new customer facing branding, working with our inhouse copywriter to produce creative that resonates with our students, staff and partners on a global platform.
* Create vibrant, exciting campaign creatives for on and off-line activity, eg OOH, digital banners, print ads, collateral, etc
* Creation of animated elements and animated videos that bring our brand to live and support student recruitment and build advocacy
* Creation of infographics & data-visuals to tell data-driven stories
* Apply your creativity to inhouse staff and student facing collateral, e.g. brochureware, emails, campus branding, reports, PowerPoints, point of sale, signage etc
* Use your design skills to create powerful visual learning aids that will help change people's lives.
Requirements:
* Meticulous attention to design detail with typography and layout skills
* Proficient in Adobe CC’s Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.
* Ability to create infographics/data-visuals to tell data-driven visual stories
* Illustration and Motion Graphics skills
* Basic animation skills using After Effects
* Ability to build and develop branding guidelines
* Responsive design experience (desktop, mobile, tablet)
* Strong attention to detail with an ability to work at a fast pace
* Team Player
* Motivated and self-driven and comfortable in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
Preferable experience
* Working within a multidisciplinary design team
* Line management/coaching
* Working from brand guidelines
* Video Editing (Adobe Premier)
