As a Graphic Artist with this company, you will be responsible for producing client tailored pitch proposals that meet both the client and the company's objectives and expectations. You will be involved in the whole pitch process from analysing the clients brief and brand through to the production of the final pitch proposals and presentations. Excellent graphic skills are a must and the ability to really engage with the clients brand and identity and the project concept design is key to being successful in this role. You will need to have the ability to develop bespoke document concepts and build the pitch proposals as and when content becomes available.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to the following
Developing several bespoke concept design options for the pitch proposal documents tailored to their clients
Creating bespoke pitch proposal documents
Working with the project team to storyboard the documents and assign responsibility for content
Ensuring project deadline are kept
Updating proposal documents when required
Creating AIS credentials documentation
Updating document templates with the latest accreditations and case studies
Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
Excellent graphic design skills
Advanced knowledge of the following: InDesign, Photoshop, Power Point, Excel
Proven experience of: Working in a team environment; Assisting in producing pitch presentations
Relevant degree qualifications
