Our client is looking for an experienced Designer who can use their exceptional talent to help the team excel in Bromsgrove. The main duty of the Designer is to develop designs and concepts that will take the brand to the next level.

The Role:
* Design and develop market leading product concepts, alongside the Managing Director and Product Director in line with business and market requirements
* Develop the visual brand identity ensuring this is central and consistent in all creative projects
* Drive innovative design across all dimensions of the business
* Create concepts and high-level designs and effectively express your ideas to senior management
* Research trends, competitors and market best sellers
* Maintain a project critical path schedule to track and report all relevant projects, ensuring that the design is both on time and on budget
* Work closely with brand managers to range product
* React to sales information and design commercially relevant product
* Liaise with suppliers, primarily in the Far East via email
Skills:
* Advanced Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills
* Able to produce high quality hand drawings, CAD’s and accurate spec’s within tight deadlines and present them formally and informally
* The ability to think beyond what exists today – pushing the boundaries of our collections and company identity
* An eye for exceptional design with a knowledge and understanding of luxury brands and quality
* 5 years’ experience within a design role
