I am working with a leading retail brand in the East Midlands who are expanding their internal L&D function with the addition 2x Digital Designers.
My client is known for their work in the provision of luxury brands, sporting goods and premium brands and have developed one of the strongest retail groups in the UK and having a strong global presence. They are invested in their staff and their staff’s development, looking at continuous development and allowing their employees to reach new heights personally and professionally.
There is one person in the internal L&D function who is looking at the strategic development as well as creating learning content and as the company continues to grow it’s not sustainable to keep this model. These vacancies will be helping to support the design and development of learning courses and content, with an emphasis on the technical development of learning through authoring tools as well as creating multimedia assets for the content.
Due to the small nature of the team, you will be working across learning design, digital development and uploading the content to an LMS which will keep a good level of variation across the position. Furthermore, as L&D is being heavily invested in you’ll be at the helm of a growing team and able to shape and mold the future of this division through insight, ideas, industry trends and utilising technologies.
Key Skills
Creation of Multimedia Assets – Animation, interactive videos, audio, creative text design
Authoring tool experience – Storyline, Captivate, Rise
Working with different LMS’
Digital Creation Tools – Cinema 4D, Adobe Creative Suite, Da Vinci resolve
Work autonomously as well as in a team
Work at speed to keep up with internal demand

Creative Mindset
