The Role
Senior Architectural Technologist or Architect based at their beautiful HQ in Hatfield Heath, Essex (must be commutable to this rural area)
Key Responsibilities & Skill Requirements
Looking for candidate with 10+ years’ experience
Highly experienced and skilled in technical coordination and detailing
Creating tender packages
Planning applications and management
Job runner with extensive site experience
Extensive knowledge of Planning and Building Regulations process
Residential and commercial experience
