MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

As a senior creative artworker you’ll join the creative packaging team and be responsible for high-quality toy box packaging layout for a huge global client.
Collaborating with your team of designers and project managers, you will take responsibility for pushing the creative limits for your Vietnamese colleagues giving creative/critical feedback. While working closely with the lead designers from Denmark, you will guide and assist the team for a closer and better understanding of completing the task.
Advise client on creative design ideas and revise designs according to client feedback.
Use Adobe software (primarily Photoshop) to creatively develop high-end packaging including story telling elements on back of packaging.
You will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills within Maya/3D software doing character positioning. Always following detailed brief and brand guidelines.
Build and maintain a strong relationship with key internal and external stakeholders across different time zones.
Show good leadership qualities and acting as a role model within the office and at company social events.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

University bachelor’s degree in graphic design is a must.
Expert knowledge of Adobe CC software.
Knowledge of 3D software is a plus but not required.
At least 7 year of experience in producing packaging design, printed material, POS.
Experience with branding guidelines and an eye for detail.
Experience in working in MAC platform is a plus.
Fluent English in both written and spoken is a must.

Flexibility, diligence, reliability and responsibility are a must.
Ability to work independently as well as willingly to support colleagues as a team.
Work under high pressure, result-oriented and capable of multi-tasking.
Able to demonstrate experience / portfolio of designs showcasing your skills working with marketing materials on a high level.
