Senior Designer / Graphic Designer

Are you a senior designer or graphics designer with a minimal 3 years experience with an agency?
Our amazing Creative Marketing and PR client who are based in the heart of Windsor are looking for a Senior/Mid-Weight Designer to join their design team! This is an extremely exciting time to join, as they are growing at a substantial rate and would like a fantastic and creative person to join the family!
You will be working closely with the Managing Director and Creative Director along with the designers within the team. You will be expected to work collaboratively across multiple client projects. The ideal candidate should be able to understand briefs both internally and direct from clients, both verbal and written, and apply their skills to transform any project into an engaging and exciting reality.
Whilst this role is a 9:30am to 5:30pm – there may be times when client demands sometimes means working an evening or two to get a project completed!
This is a hybrid role, where you are only expected to be in the office 1 or 2 days a week!
As a Senior Designer, you will be responsible for designing different forms of creative content with support from the rest of the design team:
Branding and Brand Identities
Marketing Materials and Point of Sale
Social Creatives (Static and Animated)
Presentations
Websites,
Videos
Storyboard The right person should have first class knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, XD and Acrobat. Experience with XD and Web Design.
Some of the skills and experience you should have:
A strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and a personal style.
At least 3 years of proven design experience.
A degree or similar qualification in design is desired, but not essential so long as you can prove you have the relevant technical design skills and experience.
First class knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, XD, Acrobat
Experience with XD and web design
Great attention to detail
A positive can-do attitude and great teamwork
