Grafton is working with a Luxury fashion retailer, based on Winchester to help them find a Store Manager. The brand has a friendly and hardworking team in a great environment.

We are looking for someone with experience who can help to motivate and lead the team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to manage a busy store, maximizing store turnover whilst maintaining high levels of customer service and promoting the brand.

Role:

The Store Manager is ultimately responsible for maximizing store turnover whilst maintaining high levels of customer service and promoting brand.

This is a full-time permeant role (40 hour per week), with some great benefits like private healthcare and commission structure.

Responsibilities as a Store Manager:

maximise sales performance through recruiting, motivating and developing the right people to create a highly effective and successful team,

ensure that all day-to-day operational aspects of the store are managed effectively,

drive the store team to exceed their KPIs,

ensure up to date product knowledge, procedural awareness and business priorities across all colleagues and to regularly set, monitor and discuss individual goals and achievements;

Ensure that promotions, sales and merchandising instructions are carried out to expected standards, positively promote and grow the Brand,

ensure the store delivers an exceptional customer experience in line with Mystery Shop, Brand Ambassador, 6 Steps of Selling, Loyalty Program, Claims and Customer Enquiries,

maximize store profitability and influence sales through the analysis and management of store stock and costs, use of KRM tools, effective planning and forecasting,

contribute to budget and business planning process and review monthly MBRs, taking appropriate action where required.

The successful Store Manager will:

Have experience of managing a team in a fast-paced retail environment,

Be a strong business thinker & have commercial awareness, actively take responsibility and ownership in role,

Be able to recognise and adjust to changing conditions and prioritise accordingly and have a Passion for Retail – bringing high levels of energy and commitment to the business,

Have a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude, be a positive, open-minded, supportive and flexible team player, be a pro-active, independent decision maker and problem solver,

Have high integrity, loyalty and transparency, inspire others to go the extra mile
