Senior Architectural Technologist

Salary : £33000 – £42000/annum £33,000-£42,000
I am recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a growing RIBA practice based in the North East.
This practice has two offices in the North of England, and they are soon to be moving to a new office in the Gateshead area, a couple of miles from where they are at present.
At present, they employ 18 staff split across their two offices and they work on a great range of projects for commercial and domestic clients.
These projects can involve anything from: –
Bespoke Residential
Residential Housing & Domestic
Commercial & Leisure
Health & Education
Conservation & Historic
They have won as a business several exciting new projects and they are looking for a couple of new additions to their office.
You will be allowed to run and manage your own projects, from inception to completion, giving you a hands-on involvement that you don’t get with every practice.
The role is contractor and client-facing, you will be mentoring junior staff and becoming a key part of the growing team.
Salary: £33,000-£42,000 depending on previous experience and ability.
To Be Considered: Senior Architectural Technologist
Experience working as a Technologist in the UK
Confident in your technical ability and ideally some experience with contract administration
Previously worked on domestic and commercial projects
Able to use AutoCAD – Revit would be a big bonus!
