Interior Designer – High-end Residential

Salary : £30000 – £38000/annum
I am working closely with a small, high-end residential design studio based in North Surrey. Working directly with private clients, this studio have a projects book full until July 2023 and with this being the case, they are looking to recruit an experienced Interior Designer.
The studio currently consists of 3 peoples, 1 Architectural Designer, 1 Junior Designer and the owner, who doubles as Lead Designer. You will be joining the studio to work alongside the Owner/Lead Designer but with the idea of taking ownership of your own projects, working with the client to achieve their design dreams.
The studio offer a range of services and you will be focused on producing 2D floor plans, elevations, internal visualisations, windows and doors specifications, kitchen & bathroom design and FF&E.
To confidently fulfil this position, you will have a minimum of 4 years experience working with high-end residential clients on their private property projects.
We are open to users of AutoCAD, Vectorworks, ArchiCad or REVIT. What you will need is an enthusiastic, 'can do' attitude, capable of managing your own time, with the ability to use your initiative.
This role is open for immediate start but is a permanent PAYE position. The ability to drive with access to a car would be a benefit as client visits may be occasionally needed, however, the studio is a 1 minute walk from a train station with quick links to Wimbledon, Clapham, Surbiton and New Maiden.
