Creative Services Officer – 12 month contract – Warton – £27.40ph UMB or £20.54ph PAYE + £2.99ph accrued in holiday credit (Inside IR35)
Role description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented creative designer to join the Creative Services Team at our clients site in Warton. Projects are fast paced and cover a wide range of both digital and print material. The ideal candidate needs to have strong foundations in graphic design and illustration.
Main responsibilities:
You will be supporting the design and production of sales and marketing material for the clients products. You will also be supporting the production of bid proposals with teams from across the international Air sector business.
You will be involved in all stages of the design process – from the initial creative brief, to developing the artwork with the client and then on to final production and delivery.
On-the-job training is provided to familiarise yourself with the company brand and company policies/working processes.
You will need to:
Provide flexible creative support to our international teams across the whole of the Air sector business
Create inspirational designs and produce cutting-edge material that makes our products stand out from our competitors
Work within the company brand to keep our identity and values clear and consistent
Be organised and follow file management and configuration control processes to ensure security of data
What we are looking for in you:
A creative individual with excellent illustration and design skills
An expert using Adobe CC applications (AI / PS / ID / Acrobat)
Enthusiastic with a good eye for layout, typography and photography, coupled with an attention to detail
Flexible and able to switch between various types of work covering both digital and print
Interested in emerging techniques in order to deliver the most up-to-date solutions
Educated to Degree level (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline such as graphic design, illustration or multimedia and have experience working in a creative environment.

Security requirements – SC
This role will require the person to hold full Security Clearance (SC) prior to working onsite. You will need to obtain a Criminal Record Check and you must currently hold or be eligible and willing to obtain SC. In addition, this role involves direct access to ITAR Material, therefore we can only consider UK Nationals for this position. The Umbrella rate quoted above is the Gross Umbrella rate (i.e. the rate we pay to the Umbrella Company inclusive of ALL employment costs).
