Grafton Recruitment is currently looking for a Jewellery Sales Advisor in London for a well-established French luxury retailer.

As part of your missions, you will be providing sales assistance to customers, and ensure a high level of brand and luxury product knowledge. Achieving personal and store sales targets. increasing sales, customer relations and awareness, in line with the company's growth plans.

The Sales Advisor will support in seeking new clients and increase the customer database, through networking, boutique events. In addition to these responsibilities, the Sales Advisor must exude a passion and be always a true brand ambassador, but particularly at key events.

To be considered for the role, you must have 3/4 years' experience in luxury retail and customer service along with strong appetite for luxury fashion & customer relations.

List of responsibilities:

Welcoming the customers and providing high quality advice and sales service,
Supporting new and existing customers over the phone as well as face to face in order to meet their needs,
Create, develop & client relationship
Keeping the database up to date with all customer correspondence,
Responding to all emails as soon as they arrive, working on those client leads with a view to turn them into sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly budgets and targets
Accurately check stock levels at a regular basis
Share and spread the client's values and history (Proven Brand and product knowledge), with a demanding clientele
Keeping the boutique presentable to the clientele in order to provide the best service possible
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.

Requirements for the Jewellery Sale Advisor:

Customer focused, reliable, innovate and positive minded character,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
High level of brand and luxury product knowledge,
Effective merchandising skills and attention to detail,
Able to meet targets and work to deadlines,
Results orientated with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving,
IT skills with experience in Microsoft Office.
