Senior Interior Designer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £42000 – £52000/annum
I am working with a leading hospitality Interiors Studio based in London, who are looking for a mid-weight FF&E Designer to join their team based in EC1.
This practice works with some of the world's most prestigious multinational brands and independent owners, designing luxurious spaces all over the globe. Their Studio has multiple awards attached to it's name, being a long-established and well-recognized organisation. The team is medium-sized with a family-like feel, intending to grow this year due to the healthy stream of new projects in the pipeline.
For this position, they are looking for a Designer with the following capabilities:
Minimum of 5 years experience as an Interior Designer
Experience leading luxury hospitality projects
Develop overall design concepts and maintain the continuity of those concepts through the entire project, relative to Client specification and budget
Communicate with the client, team members – including FF&E designers, to ensure schematic design is delivered and quality finishes are maintained
Can confidently lead a team and assign tasks, with excellent interpersonal/communication skills
Confident in the use of CAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft office
