The position will involve the provision of technical design services on a large Care Home project.
Architectural Technologist Requirements:
Architectural Technologist degree – Essential
Advance experience of Revit
Demonstrable experience within the UK architecture industry
Have an excellent level of knowledge for construction detailing and be able to resolve construction related queries.
Knowledge of Building Regulations essential.
PassivHaus experience preferred.
The successful Architectural Technologist will receive a highly competitive rate – fully dependant on experience.
