Personal Shopping Coordinator
The Personal Shopping Coordinator will be supporting the Personal Shopper/s in dealing with client appointments, virtual shopping, bookings and reporting. The role will also host guest appointments and recommend clothing/accessory options when required.
This role is expected to have a flair for luxury retail and previous experience of clienteling or exposure working for a luxury brand. Strong multitasking abilities, a proactive and solution orientated attitude and exceptional time management skills are an integral part of the job.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle the day-to-day operational tasks (booking and hosting appointments etc) needed to support the Personal Shoppers
Manage bookings ranging from client and brand appointments, reserved parking and couriers
Assist virtual shopping appointments
Provide knowledge on how to use social media platforms to leverage guest engagement
Responsible for setting up & cleaning up appointments
Work closely with the Personal Shoppers to process orders for approved products, returns and exchanges for unwanted items on behalf of our guests
Handle database entries on existing system
Record account adjustments for payments, deposits, returns, exchanges, etc.
Be proactive in staying ahead of new products, services, and trends that may be of interest to our guests
Attend brand training sessions to continually increase brand and product knowledge
Support the Personal Shopping team on presentations and reports where applicable.
Execute end to end process of Virtual Shopping
Monitoring individual and brands sales targets and increasing these where possibleBACKGROUND & SKILLS:
3+ years of experience in customer service and/or personal stylist roles within a luxury retail or hospitality business
A creative eye for styling guests and a strong knowledge of products and services
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship builder with guests, colleagues and brands
Good awareness of cultural differences with international guests
Confident in working with a wide variation of clients, including high net-worth individuals
Good time-management and organizational skills
Strong team player, but also have the ability to work independently
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local Village language and English
