Randstad are delighted to be working alongside a multinational food company, and a household name, who are recruiting for a Brand Manager to join their Plant-based Foods team. Based in the iconic Shard building, the role is on an initial 6 month contract basis.
Main Duties:
Project management of plant-based foods innovation in line with the long term business strategy, in strong collaboration with the cross-category team for best on-time in class execution
Collaborate with teams across our international markets to develop ideas into execution through the matrix structure.
Develop best in class consumer-centric marketing thinking across the 6 Ps: particular focus on Product, Pack & Proposition.Experience:
Experience within consumer marketing with the ability to understand consumer insight, needs and trends.
A background in end-to-end innovation projects, as well as project managing a comms plan with internal and external stakeholders.
