Architectural Technician (Contract)
Job Type : Contract, Full Time
Salary : £25 – £35/hour
Experienced Architectural Technician required to join a highly successful Architectural practice in Newark, Nottinghamshire on an initial short term contract basis.
The position will be on an initial temporary basis of approximately 4 months, with the likelihood of the contract being extended dependant on workload. There is a possibility for permanent positions to be offered upon completion of the initial 4 month contract, but again this would be dependant on pipeline of future work.
The position would be ideal for an Architectural Technician with a proven background within the Retail/Commercial sector. AutoCAD and Revit is used throughout the office, with Revit experience being of high importance of this position..
Immediate starts are available where applicable, with hourly rates offered in the region of £25-£35p/h negotiable dependant on experience. Home working is available, but some elements of office working may be required along with the need to attend site/client meetings etc.
