Senior Architect
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £45000 – £50000/annum
Liverpool-based developer seek Senior Architect to join their in-house design team to work on the design and development of various, exciting Residential schemes across the North-West.
This company are a long-standing client of ours and we are proud to have partnered them as they have gone from strength to strength. There is a forecast of new projects that will keep the design team busy through until 2025/2026 on current projection. Their work is often centred around the Liverpool region but occasionally they will undertake projects further afield; across the North-West, Midlands and London. The work centres almost entirely around the Residential sector, primarily high-rise developments.
As the design teams continues to grow, and in-line with their incredibly busy pipeline there is now an immediate requirement for an experienced Project Architect or Senior Architect to oversee the job-running and management of several, large-scale projects. Applicants that can demonstrate previous senior-level experience (team management, project management, coordinating with external teams, report writing, etc) will be viewed upon favourably and likely invited to interview.
We are hoping for applicants to meet the following criteria:
ARB/RIBA Qualified. 5+ years post-qualification.
Proven REVIT capabilities. Minimum 1 year practical REVIT experience is essential.
Good understanding of UK building regulations.
Demonstrable job-running experience.
Ability to work to meet strict deadlines.
Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
Ability to interpret and critique work from external sources.
This job can be whatever you want to make of it. New hires here have gone on to reach Associate level within a short space of time.
