A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join an award winning creative, social and digital agency to assist them in a vital role planning, creating and managing engaging marketing and social media campaigns for their clients.

This is key role within the close knit and passionate team, focusing on project managing social and digital campaigns, liaising with clients as well as both the creative and technical teams within the company. You will work on a broad range of projects, taking responsibility for strategy, planning, creative briefs and ensuring projects are delivered on time and in budget. Taking responsibility for the Content Administrator, you will be an integral part of this successful and fun team!

Marketing Account Manager Responsibilities

As the Marketing Account Manager some of your duties will include:

Management and delivery of social media and marketing campaigns to include; strategy and planning, copywriting, writing creative briefs and posting/scheduling
Building and maintaining strong client relationships with regular communication and progress updates
Managing multiple priorities and projects at once to ensure each campaign’s requirements are delivered on time
Working closely with both the creative and technical teams to provide briefs and feedback when required
Working with third parties such as PR and paid advertising agencies to achieve successful collaborative campaigns
Managing the Content Administrator, assigning tasks and providing feedback
Budget and timeline management
Supporting the Project management, as and when required
Marketing Account Manager Experience

The ideal candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate:

Professional marketing experience in a fast-paced environment, managing social media and online /digital marketing campaigns.
Project management and organisational skills
Agency experience, use of marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, and experience of website content management systems would be desirable, though not essential.
Strategic thinking and excellent communication, and a passion for Social Media and Marketing.

Our client’s head office is based in central Abingdon with limited parking. Our client focuses on results and is comfortable for their team members to work from home once comfortable in the role (many work in the studio at least one day a week).
