Exciting opportunity for an Urban Designer to join a well-established Architectural consultancy in the residential sector. You will be joining the Newport tea team to pursue and develop growth opportunities within the region.
This would suit a graduate all the way through to an experienced Urban Designer, you will be supported and mentored and have the opportunity to progress within.
This consultancy work mainly within residential developments and the occasional high end master planning for commercial projects.
With offices located around the UK this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading consultancy working on some of the country’s highest profile development proposals.

Requirements
Hold a relevant degree within Urban Design
Proven track record in winning and developing new business
Have a network of clients and be knowledgeable within the local area
Extensive experience within a design practice working in Urban Design and master planning
To deliver all stages of the project independently from conception through to planning, feasibility, master planning, briefs, design & access statements
