The Role
We have an exciting opportunity available for a Junior Motion Graphic Designer to join the team based in London. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis working Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm.
Our team is a close-knit unit of 30 plus creatives who are all, to some degree, all-rounders. We all pitch in, no egos, just a friendly, busy team producing excellent work on time, exceeding client expectations. We all have our core strengths, we're also flexible, and constantly adding to our skills and expanding our creative abilities, so there is a great opportunity to grow and develop in a supportive team.
This role is primarily for a motion graphics animator, but experience of general graphic design using Photoshop and Illustrator with the ability to pitch in on design work when required would be a bonus.
We are a design and marketing agency based in Holland Park. There is no area of design we don't cover, but the bulk of our work is in digital media, video, print and presentations. We work for an impressive range of blue-chip companies and corporate clients.

About you:
* Fluent in Adobe Premiere and After Effects
* Experience using third party plugins for After Effects; Trapcode, Video Co-pilot and Plexus etc.
* A creative thinker who is able to bring new ideas
* A hunger to grow and develop your range of skills
* At least one years' solid experience
* Confident and happy using PCs instead of Macs
* Ability to take ownership, responsibility and accountability of client projects.
* Ability to work effectively at all levels of seniority both internally and externally
* Upholding excellent standards throughout all work
* Able to thrive in a fast paced and collaborative environment
* Ability to execute project and creative briefs
* Be fluent in spoken and written English
* Have a great eye for detail
* Confident and happy using PCs over Macs
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
* Be accurate and able to work to very tight deadlines
* Be a team player.
