Location: South West London (Wimbledon) | Hours: Full time | Contract: Permanent | Salary: £23,000 – £26,000 (depending on experience) plus benefits including overtime.

Our innovative and exciting client are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate person to join their team in a full-time role, starting at a junior level. With great prospects for advancement, you will start learning about their business culture, equipment, and team. Initially the job would involve working in the warehouse and office in Wimbledon. There is the opportunity to quickly progress to working on and planning live events, supporting their project management team.

YOU MUST HAVE A FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE AND BE OVER THE AGE OF 21 BECAUSE OF THEIR INSURANCE POLICIES.

Salary is negotiable subject to experience and overtime is readily available.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare per event technical specifications.
Ensuring all equipment goes in/out correctly, clean, to our exacting standards with no shortages/damages in time in an efficient manner.
Ability to command the warehouse space and support the office.
Manage and maintain all company equipment to a safe usable standard.
Support project management team in planning events
Periodic stock taking, maintenance of equipment, and testing when required
Van driving as required.
Support onsite with event delivery.
Operating technical equipment on live events following training
Shadowing and supporting project managers on site

EXPERIENCE & SKILL

ESSENTIAL

The position is perfect for someone looking to create a career in live event production.
Previous experience is not essential, but an understanding and knowledge of event lighting, audio and video systems would be ideal.
An organised, reliable, motivated team player.
Have exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise and multitask.
A good understanding of standard office based IT systems
A clean driving license (due to insurance purposes we are only able to accept applicants aged 21 and over).

Please note this role requires occasional weekend work (options available for time in lieu / overtime)
